Modul 3: Rosetta & Philae

The incredible journey to the comet Tschuri.

A guided trip from Earth until the landing on the comet Churyumov-Gerasimenko (67P).

It is an experiment. And it is an attempt of the symbiosis of our passions …

If prose and scientific background create space and time, contemplative allowing us to enjoy acoustic music and aesthetic images of the universe, then we might succeed also to “understand” the incredible vastness of the universe in a much simpler, direct and personal way. Following the concert, there is the possibility to address the outstanding issues.

An audio-visual live performance with breathtaking images of the Earth and the comet Tschuri and the pounding highlights of the Rosseta mission on a large screen. With improvisations of Irena Master (piano) and Nikolai von Krusenstiern (guitar).

Exciting and thrilling.

Irena Meister recite her own and other texts, keeping in pace with the presented pictures, sometimes with, sometimes without piano accompaniment.

Nikolai von Krusenstiern, astrophysicist & working at the European Space Operations Centre in Darmstadt (ESOC), explained the highlights of the Mission and leads the few, selected beautiful pictures a short, and plays guitar and piano.
